This card is a retrained counterpart of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", much like how "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" is a retrained counterpart of "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon".
- This card's effect is based on the effect of "Burst Stream of Destruction": It can only destroy 1 monster with its effect, but it is the only "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" that is prevented from attacking.
- In the non-canon duel World Championship 2016 Special: Yugi vs. Kaiba, Seto Kaiba uses this card in his Duel with Yugi Muto. He Special Summons it by revealing "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in his hand. After using its effect to destroy "Palladium Oracle Mahad", Kaiba activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with the two "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" in his hand and Fusion Summon "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon". After returning "Neo Blue-Eyes" to his Extra Deck with "De-Fusion", this card and two "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" are Special Summoned from the Graveyard. This card then attacks and destroys "Dark Magician" after Kaiba banishes "Return of the Dragon Lords" to prevent his monsters from being destroyed by Yugi's "Mirror Force". During his Main Phase 2, Kaiba banishes this card and his "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" with "Dragon's Mirror" to Fusion Summon "Neo Blue-Eyes" again. This card is later Special Summoned by "Return from the Different Dimension", with three "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" and "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End". Kaiba subsequently Tributes this card and "Chaos Emperor Dragon" to activate the effect of "Obelisk the Tormentor".
