Charon appeared in The Magma Stone, in which he was seen awakening the Legendary Heatran at Stark Mountain. He was revealed to be leading what was left of Team Galactic after Cyrus's disappearance. Although Looker had hunted him down to arrest him, and despite his and Buck's successful intervention in stopping Heatran, Charon managed to escape with the help of two Galactic Grunts.
