Decora (デコラ, Dekora?) is a first-class officer for the WGO, and she, along with Courage, were the ones who trained Anne to be a WGO Bookman.

Decora is a curvy, dark-skinned woman with shoulder-length black hair and bright blue eyes. She wears a black, sleeveless dress that stops just above the knee as well as earrings that resemble a cross.
