Don is a Caucasian toddler with short blond hair, and green eyes like his parents. He wears a gray hoodie, light brown shorts, and gray shoes.

Iris found out she was pregnant in the morning, but decided to hold off telling her husband until the evening, when they'd have privacy, after celebrating the Garricks' wedding anniversary.
The sudden arrival of Impulse spoiled the surprise. However, Iris was shocked to learn she was pregnant with not one child, but two, a boy who was Impulse's father and a girl he referred to as Aunt Dawn.
Don and Dawn were born in September.

The twins were playing as their mother watched a television report. The doorbell rang and they ran to answer it, but Bart caught them before they could get far. As more guests arrived, Donnie played with the toddlers of the other heroes.
