Rob and Don are a pair of youths who belong to the Mutant Gang. Wearing their names on their clothing, Rob and Don are rarely seen apart and constantly disagree about various subjects. Disguised as a Mutant, Carrie Kelley informed the duo of a meeting at the Pipe while they hung out at the Beet Street Arcade. Rob believed Batman would win while Don insisted the Mutant Leader would. After the Leader was defeated, Rob and Don adopted Neo-Nazi outfits and began working for Bruno. During a liquor store hold up, Rob and Don were neutralized by Batman, in disguise as a homeless woman. Don was held at gunpoint by the store owner but Batman warned not to shoot or he would be back.
