Thaddeus Plotz is the CEO of Warner Brothers. He is extremely short with a short temper to match. Of all the cast, he hates the Warners the most. Thaddeus Plotz is at times one of the antagonists of the show, and a good one at that. However, he is sometimes not that bad after all.
Also nickname as "T.P." or the Warners also call him "Mr. Plotz." (In Horray For North Hollywood and Temproray Insanity) Like Wakko, he has a fear of clowns, as revealed in "Clown and Out". In spite of this, "Clown and Out" shows also that has faced his fear in order to do something special for the Warners, in this case for Wakko. As revealed in "The Warners 65th Anniversary Special ", he was the front office of Warner Bros. Studios in the time of the Warners' creation. In "A Christmas Plotz", it is revealed that he took over the studio from his father when he forced him to retire.

In Wakko's Wish, he was the tax collector, Baron Von Plotz, who briefly became King Salazar's mercenary.
