The Turtle Master is the mentor of the Ninja Rats. He appear in the2003 TV series episode "Turtles in Space, Part 1: The Fugitoid".
Overview
The Turtle Master live in the sewers of planet D'Hoonnib, he is the direct counterpart to the mainstream Splinter.
