The Mayan Baker's mummy appears in Courage Meets the Mummy.

Back in ancient times, the baker would prepare a batch of cookies for the Mayan princess and her adviser, the Royal Pubaa would present it to her. But before he can give it to the princess, the Pubaa would secretly steal some cookies from the jar and sell for money. The Baker caught the Pubaa and went to tell the princess, but unfortunately the Pubaa got to her first. He first presented the Mayan princess with the empty cookie jar and blames the baker for the theft. Outraged, the princess declared that the baker should have his lips sewed shut, his eyebrows plucked, and his body mummified.

Thousands of years later, Baker's grave is discovered by Professor Frith who accidentally brings him back from death. After attacking the Professor, decides to take revenge against Eustace and Muriel who happen to be the reincarnation of the Mayan Princess and Pubaa. With some setbacks, the mummy finally arrives at the farm where Courage has hypnotized Eustace and Muriel into thinking that they were the Mayan Princess and the Pubaa. After recreating the situation for centuries ago, Courage achieved that the Baker is framed by the Pubaa instead. Satisfied, the mummy decides to return to his grave to rest in peace and Muriel gives him Eustace's favorite blanket.

In the airplane, The Parachute Lady talks to him about skydiving and saying "I can't take it anymore!" Like he was also driven crazy by Little Muriel.
