Monkar is a robot bounty hunter who looks like a spider monkey with three eyes. He has the ability to slash with his metal claws, which can also come off and shoot like grappling hooks, but with sharply pointed ends instead of hooks. He has a shrill voice provided by Tom Kenny. He was defeated after his first appearance. His name was revealed by the credits.
