Wembley takes his job as a campus police officer at the university very seriously, claiming he's an officer of the law, "sort of."
History
Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase
He was initially very suspicious of Scooby-Doo and the gang, believing that when they were out looking for clues, they were causing trouble. It seemed at first that he very much disliked them. However, when they were transported into the Scooby game and he was told that they would have to play through all the levels to get out, he actually seemed genuinely concerned for their safety and even asked if there was anything they could do to get them out, before being informed that the gang had to play through all the levels to get out. When the gang completed the game and go back to the real world, they suspected Wembley because he was in the room at the time they were sent into they game, although he had no true motive. He was made innocent when Bill McLemore was revealed to be the culprit and arrested Bill.[1]
