History
According to all the old Legends its been over a 1000 years since one appeared. A Super Saiyan a Warrior who was able to break free of his normal limitations to achieve an unprecedented level of power. But those were just old stories I never actually believed them. And even if they are true only an Elite Warrior like myself would have the potential to Ascend to those heights.
